Hello! My name is François, and I am a French Pastry instructor in Los Angeles.

I specialize in French Modern Pastry

🇫🇷 🇺🇸 As French and American, I was trained in both France and the United States with world-renowned chefs and schools.

I have years of experience of creating French Pastry, including for famous actors and singers in Los Angeles.

After showcasing my French pastry expertise on several international programs—including BBC productions and other global TV shows—I opened my kitchen in Los Angeles to host in-person classes, where I could teach and share my passion directly with students.

To reach even more students, I expanded to online teaching.

No experience is required for our beginner courses. We accommodate all skill levels. Every step is detailed so you can progress at your own pace. I even offer my email address so you can reach out to me
